The Junior Payment Analyst is responsible for executing operational activities related to the supplier payment cycle within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. This includes validating recording and reconciling invoices and payments according to corporate policies and quality standards (SLA/KPI).
Qualifications :
Education / Academic Background:
University degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related fields.
Experience:
1 to 2 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable processes in corporate or shared services environments.
Technical Knowledge:
General knowledge of accounting principles and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or equivalent ERP systems (SAP Workday etc.) desirable.
Familiarity with financial reporting reconciliations and accounts payable analysis.
