About the Role

Were looking for a Senior Product Manager to help lead the strategy and delivery of our Sportsbook experience. Youll work closely with Design and Engineering driving discovery prioritisation and execution to build products customers love.

Youll partner with Product Leadership to define the long-term vision and set the direction for your team. This is a hands-on high-impact role where youll turn strategy into action guiding planning removing blockers and ensuring delivery of high-quality high-performing features.

Were looking for someone who is very tech savy has previous experience leading key internal projects has experience in the betting industry and combines technical depth with a customer-first data-driven mindset. Youll play a key role in shaping how millions of customers experience sports betting and entertainment on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the product strategy and roadmap for internal Sportsbook projects working closely with our Sportsbook Operations Team and 3rd party providers on influencing and delivering their roadmaps.
• Translate company goals into clear measurable outcomes that drive impact.
• Collaborate deeply with Design Engineering and Sportsbook Operations Team to deliver high-quality features.
• Use data and insights to drive decisions measure results and iterate effectively.
• Build strong relationships with third party providers to help influence and maximise value from their roadmaps and integrations.
• Balance short-term opportunities with long-term strategic goals.
• Monitor the market and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Build deep product knowledge and translate customer needs into exceptional product experiences.
• Use data analytics and experimentation to inform decisions and optimise product performance.
• Refine milestones scope timelines and risks to ensure operational excellence and adaptability.
• Foster innovation through bold experimental thinking and creative problem-solving.
• Champion openness trust and accountability to drive a strong collaborative team culture.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4 years of product management experience.
• Proven record of delivering impactful high-quality digital products at scale.
• Deep understanding of the sports and sports betting industry with domain experience highly desirable.
• Strong passion for sports and a genuine interest in building next-generation sportsbook experiences.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex analytics and make informed decisions.
• Customer-centric always focused on creating meaningful impact for our customers
• Excellent communicator who can simplify complexity and bring alignment across teams.
• Skilled at managing complex stakeholder groups with clarity confidence and empathy.
• Builds strong relationships and drives alignment across teams and leaders.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced high-growth environments with ambiguity and change.
• Collaborative team player who values transparency feedback and shared success.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technically fluent and comfortable working with engineers on systems APIs and trade-offs and turns complexity into clarity.
• Skilled at managing complex stakeholder groups with clarity confidence and empathy.
• Solid understanding of sports betting markets and customer behaviours.
• Experience in high-growth and fast-paced environments.
• Proficient with Jira and Notion.
