4Summary:
The clinical pharmacist provides professional pharmaceutical services to patients healthcare providers and hospital staff. The clinical pharmacist ensures optimal pharmaceutical therapy outcomes and prospectively develops pharmaceutical plans for each patient. All activities are done in accordance with established policies procedures and regulations with the health and welfare of the patient paramount. Education: Graduate from an American Council on Pharmacy Education accredited school of pharmacy. Satisfactory completion of a post-graduate year I residency in a comparable health care setting preferred. Previous pediatric hospital experience Texas Pharmacist License or eligible for Texas Licensure as a registered pharmacist. Pharmacist and pharmacy preceptor licensure must be obtained within 90 days of Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certificationPediatric Advanced Life Support certification (critical care areas only)About Us:
