Key Accountabilities:
- Perform responsibilities related to Disbursements Processing Operations and other assigned duties.
- Participate in department staff meetings to discuss processing issues and identify clarification measures.
- Engage in meetings focus groups and discussions with internal and external business units to ensure processes are accurately documented and quality checked.
- Complete departmental tasks as assigned by the team leader.
- Collaborate with the team leader to develop team and Business Unit-wide process improvement initiatives and contests.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least one year of tenure at the current level.
- Must demonstrate good and consistent performance metrics.
- Experience in managing multiple tasks and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must meet work expectations and adapt to changes in task queues throughout the day.
- Willingness to work overtime including weekends when necessary.
Technical Skills:
- Data Analysis and Research: Ability to locate and gather relevant information analyze and interpret data effectively.
- Administrative: Proficient in validating data checking and comparing information and entering pertinent data into systems.
- Documentation: Capable of providing clear and concise comments to convey history and instructions.
Minimum Skills:
- Good understanding of the teams products.
- Basic operational knowledge of the teams tools and systems.
- Basic working knowledge of the teams processes.
