As an Administrator youll work collaboratively with colleagues and curriculum teams to manage student data and provide a professional customer-focused service. This is a varied and rewarding role where your contribution will directly support the success of our students and the smooth running of our college operations.
Essential Criteria
- Level 2 qualification in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience) with willingness to work towards Level 3.
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
- Recent experience in a student data-related or similar administrative role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and databases.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Process student enrolments and maintain accurate records across FE HE and Apprenticeship programmes.
- Administer exams timetables course setups and student transfers or withdrawals.
- Use student data systems to input and manage information throughout the student lifecycle.
- Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support audits reporting and continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

The LETs Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team capturing their experimentation in a journal.
