Project Overview
We are gearing up for an exciting Boeing 777 maintenance project in Bentonville AR and are looking to build a skilled team of A&P Mechanics Avionics Technicians and Interior Technicians. This project is scheduled to begin around November 30th with multiple openings available across all departments.
Ideal candidates will have direct 777 experience and a minimum of 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience. If you take pride in precision quality and teamwork this is a great opportunity to join a top-tier aviation program with long-term potential.
Open Positions
A&P Mechanics Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance inspections and repairs on Boeing 777 aircraft.
Troubleshoot and correct discrepancies on airframe powerplant and hydraulic systems.
Ensure all work is performed per FAA regulations and OEM manuals.
Avionics Technicians Perform troubleshooting installation and repair of 777 avionics systems components and wiring.
Use schematics wiring diagrams and test equipment to ensure systems meet manufacturer standards.
Support system modifications upgrades and functional testing.
Interior Technicians Perform removal repair and reinstallation of aircraft interior components including panels seats monuments and lavatories.
Ensure all work meets cosmetic and structural standards for commercial aircraft interiors.
Follow blueprints engineering drawings and maintenance manuals accurately.
Qualifications
Boeing 777 experience required (minimum 3 years preferred).
Valid FAA A&P License (for mechanic roles).
Prior experience in heavy maintenance or modification environments (Part 145 preferred).
Strong troubleshooting skills and commitment to safety and quality.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation
$26$34 per hour based on experience and position.
1.5x Overtime Pay after 40 hours.
