A full-time Registered Nurse position is now available with Liberty Healthcares mental health program at the High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto CA. Liberty Healthcare provides comprehensive services within the jail to those adult inmates who are experiencing mental illness.
As a RN with Liberty Healthcare you will fulfill a vital role and be responsible for:
- Helping to significantly improve the health of individuals who are struggling with mental illness
- Conducting patient assessments to determine medical and mental health status
- Contributing to the development and management of individual treatment plans
- Delivering a wide array of primary care and psychiatric nursing services
- Collaborating with Psychiatrists Nurse Practitioners and Mental Health Clinicians
- Delivering health education to individual patients and groups
As a full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare in this role you can expect:
- Starting base pay between $45.00 and $50.00 per hour (depending on qualifications)
- 12 hour shifts - swing shift is from 2pm-2:30am
