Job Summary
Warehouse Distribution Lead Be the Backbone of Our Operation at Genz Ryan!
Location: Burnsville MN
Department: Warehouse / Supply Chain

Our warehouse is the heartbeat of the company and were looking for a Warehouse Distribution Lead whos ready to keep things running smoother than a freshly oiled wrench.
WHAT YOULL DO
Youll be the boots-on-the-ground leader for organizing training and making sure everything flows like clockwork. Youll set the tone model our core values and make sure materials and people are always moving in the right direction.
In a typical day youll:
- Manage distribution processes and standard operating procedures
- Plan and pick up material and equipment making multiple runs throughout the work day.
- Plan and allocate materials to meet operational and production goals
- Keep the warehouse clean organized and running tight
- Communicate clearly across teams from field techs to delivery drivers to leadership
- Track product inventory and upload photos through company software
- Roll up your sleeves and jump in when needed.
Requirements
WHAT MAKES YOU A PERFECT FIT
You thrive on teamwork structure and problem-solving. You take pride in your work show up early and dont wait to be told what to do you just do it.
Must-haves:
- 2 years of experience in a warehouse operations role
- Valid drivers license (DOT Medical Card or ability to get one company paid!)
- Able to lift 75 lbs this is real work with physical requirements with added bonus of your own desk too.
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Self-starter who embraces change and owns results!
