Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. We are currently recruiting for a E2E Planning Manager VELYS Enabling Tech to be located in Palm Beach Gardens FL or West Chester PA.

Overview:

We are building a centralized End-to-End (E2E) Planning organization to support the growth of the VELYS Enabling Tech platform. As part of this transformation we are looking for a Manager to lead daily planning execution and help advance the future state of our supply chain capabilities. This role will serve as a critical point of contact across Supply Chain Commercial and Finance leadership supporting strong operational execution today while building processes that enable long-term growth and improved supply chain performance. This is an exciting opportunity to directly influence strategy drive business outcomes and build a planning structure that will be foundational to the long-term success of the VELYS Enabling Tech platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for daily execution of core planning processes (Supply Demand Production Inventory) for VELYS Enabling Tech managing operational planning issue resolution and driving KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy MPSA and CBO.
  • Drive cross-functional decision-making by partnering with Supply Chain Commercial and Finance leadership ensuring planning processes across the network align with business priorities. Serve as a key planning contact for E2E Supply Chain leadership and Value Stream Leaders (VSLs).
  • Lead STEM-based sense and respond processes to proactively identify track and mitigate supply risks prioritize critical customer needs and sustain service levels through actionable data-driven insights.
  • Identify and drive planning optimization opportunities that improve Gross Profit (GP) strengthen service levels and enable scalable business growth across the global network.
  • Build and refine reporting dashboards and analytics to create visibility into NRP Inventory Health Production Status and Supply Risks enabling faster proactive planning decisions.
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives (network transformation portfolio optimization service model design) to build scalable supply chain capabilities that support business growth.
  • Own the NRP signal driving forecast accuracy and alignment across Commercial Regional and Global Supply Chain partners. Lead actions to ensure the signal reflects true demand supports production readiness and protects service levels to enable business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Engineering or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning with strong exposure to both operational execution and strategic process development.
  • Integrated supply chain planning expertise with deep understanding across Demand Supply Production and Inventory in a global planning environment.
  • Strong communication presentation and influencing skills with a proven ability to partner across Supply Chain Commercial and Finance leadership teams.
  • Systems experience required including ERP systems (SAP) and Advanced Planning Systems (OMP APO) with strong system fluency and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize system-driven planning processes.
  • Track record of driving KPI improvement initiatives specifically Forecast Accuracy MPSA and CBO and leading planning optimization efforts that support Gross Profit (GP) growth and improved service levels.
  • A proactive solutions-driven mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced evolving environment.
  • Preferred: Advanced analytics expertise with hands-on experience in tools such as Alteryx Python SQL and Tableau to generate actionable planning insights and support data-driven decision-making.
