Job Summary
Position Description:
. 6 years of experience in Azure and Windows infrastructure management
. Strong understanding of Azure PaaS IaaS and Hybrid Cloud models.
. Skilled in Azure PowerShell scripting for automation and deployments.
. Hands-on with ExpressRoute VPN WAN Azure AD (B2B/B2C) integrations.
. Proficient in monitoring management and security using Azure and third-party tools.
. Experienced in deploying VMs Storage VNETs Azure SQL Backup and App Services.
. Collaborate with DevOps and architects to modernize workloads to PaaS.
. Ensure security compliance and governance across Azure environments.
. Lead incident resolution and RCA for escalated L2/L3 issues.
. Knowledge of VMware HA DRS vMotion and resource optimization.
. Manage critical and emergency change requests per ITIL standards.
. Participate in problem review meetings and implement preventive measures.
. Drive incident bridges identify recurring issues and suggest solutions.
. Contribute to migration and upgrade initiatives for cloud and Windows servers.
. Ensure SLA compliance and deliver reliable 24x7 operational support.
. Certified in Windows/VMware with strong communication and teamwork skills.
