Are you a skilled ground professional with a passion for transforming outdoor spaces Mercy Medical Center seeks a dedicatedGroundskeeperto maintain our beautiful landscapes ensuring an inviting and healing environment for all.

What Youll Do:

• Landscape Maintenance:Prepare terrain apply fertilizers seed/sod lawns mow trim and repair lawns. Prune trees trim shrubs cultivate plant and weed gardens/flowerbeds.
• Plant Health:Spray plants and apply nutrients for optimal growth.
• Irrigation Expertise:Install maintain and design sprinkler systems.
• Equipment Care:Inspect and perform minor repairs on grounds equipment (mowers weed eaters tractors etc.).
• Team Support:Recordkeeping deliveries and assisting with employee training as needed.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm

Were Looking For You If:

• Experienced:High School Graduate/GED. Proficient in operating powered equipment (lawn/garden tractors ditch trenchers backhoe). Small Caterpillar tractor experience (Preferred).
• Licensed Driver:Valid Oregon Drivers License with a clear driving record.
• Communicative:Strong written/oral communication and basic math skills
• Knowledgeable:Working knowledge of lawn plant and shrub care/maintenance
• Skilled:Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and detect potential issues
