Overview
Brunson Instrument Company is an industry leader with over 90 years of experience in the development and creation of industrial alignment and measurement products. They provide manufacturing and engineering solutions to measurement problems faced by people who build inspect or maintain large machines including aircraft paper mills satellites ships machine tools particle accelerators and automobiles. This well-established organization is currently seeking an Assembly Technician II.
The Assembly Technician II is responsible for mechanical & general assembly functional testing and cosmetic appearance of standard products and other tasks.
DP-IND
Responsibilities
- Uses general hand tools for assembly and operates manual machines such as drill press polisher and grinder.
- Performs a variety of tasks such as forklift operation ERP transactions shipping and receiving welding painting soldering and chemical process
- Understands and follows established quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with standard concepts practices and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
