Job Summary

Position: Surveillance Controller

Location: Belgrade Serbia

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Observe live operations and technical systems to identify potential risks irregular behavior or deviations from standard procedures.
Detect unusual patterns or behaviors assess risk levels and escalate concerns in accordance with internal guidelines while collaborating with relevant teams.
Gather and organize observational data to support risk assessments trend analysis and ongoing operational evaluations.
Create accurate and timely reports summarizing key findings and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Contribute to daily operational tasks and support team leaders in executing strategic initiatives and maintaining workflow efficiency.
Uphold strict confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in all activities related to monitoring reporting and communication.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
Recent graduate or final-year student in a technical analytical or business-related field (e.g. Information Technology Engineering Business Administration).
General understanding of digital platforms and service operations; familiarity with live or real-time service environments is an advantage.
Willing to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays as part of a 24/7 operational schedule.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 tools especially Excel Word and Outlook.
