Company Overview: Our Client a Karachi based company seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following position:
Job Role
Manage companys fleet journeys to ensure safety route compliance and operational efficiency through real-time tracking driver behavior monitoring data-driven analysis and coordination with transporters to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and update routes rest areas for Journey plans
- Study and define black spots en-route and monitor movements and take actions
- Monitor all fleet Journeys daily through trackers Dashboards to ensure safe compliant and efficient movement
- Track journey violations communicate to the carriage contractors and ensure corrective actions against non-compliant TLs
- Coordinate for integration and digitization of tracker data with company systems
- Engage transporters for compliance with approved routes and Journey Management guidelines
- As focal person coordinate for tendering and selection of parties for installation of trackers MDVRs e-seals and related technologies
- Monitor drivers behaviour and implement real-time interventions to enhance journey safety
- Address and resolve complaints related to tracking services by liaising with tracking service providers
- Evaluate performance of the tracker companies and implement necessary improvements
- Review analyze and generate tracker reports summaries and progress updates for management review
- Maintain journey records in compliance with regulator directives and company guidelines
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education preferably Masters from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution preferably in Engineering Supply Business Administration or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience preferably in a large national/multinational organization among which 1-2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.
