Your key responsibilities include:
- Check-in and check-out
- Responsibility and leadership of the individual shifts
- Warm care of our international guests
- Implementation of specialist training and further development of our employees
- Shared responsibility for the achievement of economic goals
- Independent complaint management
- Opportunity to collaborate on projects
- Adherence to and implementation of our brand standards
Be able.
- Completed training in the hotel industry
- Front office experience in upscale hotels
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong feeling for the different needs of our complex and demanding guests
- Very good knowledge of MS Office knowledge of Opera is an advantage
- a competent and authoritative appearance
- Fancy a new challenge at one of Europes largest airport hotels
