Youll be working on a project focused on building a new product core the Smartlink and Adaptive Funnels Platform.
This is an environment where you can experiment with new ad formats Smartlink infrastructure and automated monetization tools designed to enhance product efficiency and scalability.

What You Will Do:
Work with backend systems to develop and maintain monetization tools
Deal with frontend development tasks (widgets client-facing elements)
Integrate APIs and third-party platforms (affiliate networks analytics)
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to implement new ad formats (push subscriptions clickunders)
Ensure performance scalability and security of web and mobile applications
Experiment with monetization models analytics and user flows together with the product team
Who You Are
4 years of experience in backend development with GoLang / PHP / (PHP is obligatory)
4 years of experience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular is priority)
Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) including query optimization and indexing
Experience with additional databases such as ClickHouse (analytics) Aerospike (key-value) MongoDb (object)
Ability to design scalable secure and high-load systems with caching monitoring and API integrations
Experience in developing responsive web and mobile-friendly applications
Familiarity with containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and Nginx reverse proxy
Understanding of security practices (CORS token auth HTTPS security headers)
Solid understanding of how the Internet works (DNS CDN TLS routing caching layers)
Understanding of content delivery and scalability principles (edge caching geo-replication CDN invalidation)
Familiarity with AI-powered coding assistants (such as Cursor or Claude Code) to enhance development productivity
Upper-Intermediate English for confident technical communication
Fluent Ukrainian
Will be a plus
Experience in AdTech affiliate marketing or traffic monetization platforms
Knowledge of ML-based optimization (multi-armed bandit Thompson sampling)
Experience with A/B testing frameworks and analytics pipelines
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
