Crittenton offers the only licensed residential treatment program for pregnant and parenting girls in the state. While girls that are pregnant or parenting are the top priority for admissions approximately 30% of girls come to the residential program solely for specialized behavioral health care in a gender-responsive trauma-informed environment. Youll work in a collaborative environment providing direct care and general supervision to our adolescent female clients.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelors level position available: Treatment Support Specialist starting at $15 per hour)
- Valid Drivers License (Class D)
- Must be 23 years or olderper our WV residential licensing requirement
- Must pass a background/CPS check and drug screen
- Related experience in behavioral health or residential and/or group programs (not required)
Responsibilities:
- You will provide direct care and general supervision for our young females between the ages of 12-20. Our clients may be pregnant or parenting (typically 1/3) with their child while living at our residential facility.
- When needed you will watch and take care of toddlers/infants and be a role model to help our young moms provide positive parenting skills.
- You will help teach our clients basic living skills such as doing laundry making their bed creating personal schedules for the week helping with homework etc.
- Depending upon your shift you will go with our clients on outings activities and events. You will drive a company vehicle and help transport the clients as needed.
- You will supervise phone calls between our clients and their approved contact list.
- You can work overtime and be paid time and a half. If you work during a holiday you are paid double time!
- You will be required to attend agency trainings such as CPR/FA Food Handler trauma-informed training etc. All of these trainings are free to you and will be organized by our HR department.
Shift: Midnights (10pm to 6am)
*All direct care staff are also required to be on an on-call rotation You are paid $50 extra per on-call day if you are not called in to work
Salary: $14.00 per hour $1.00 shift differential when working midnights $1000 Sign-On Bonus (paid out quarterly for the 1st year)
*If you have 2 years of proven behavioral health experience or have a bachelors degree in psychology (or a related field) you can apply to be a Treatment Support Specialist and will start out at $15.00 per hour.
