Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 工作职责:

• 根据渠道策略品牌策略和销售目标制定跟进重点客户计划确保实现战略增长并合理分配资源
• 根据实际业务情况及时评估优化挖掘生意机会支持销售业务增长
• 领导重点客户渠道策略制定和执行包含活动策划执行以及年度协议战略项目合作和执行实现公司目标和区域市场策略
• 定期跟踪回顾渠道营销活动和项目的执行情况及时调整确保项目资源执行效果
• 制定和执行GTN的投资策略和non NKA客户的Selling P预算合理使用确保投资产出合理

Qualifications / Requirements (Education / Experience / Competencies) 申请资格 / 职位要求(教育背景 / 工作经验 / 知识与技能)

• Bachelors degree & above major in Marketing/Management/Business Administration or related fields are preferred
• 5 years working experience in MNC Top FMCG/Medical companies Trade marketing experience is preferred
• Must be knowledgeable in trade marketing sales planning and channel strategies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential to influence decision-making drive alignment on business plans and manage relationships.
