| Reports to : Lead Dispute Analytics & MIS |

This role is responsible for MIS & Analytics. The primary responsibility would be ensuring reports to be published regularly and analyzing trends. The role would be responsible for flashing performance reports and coordination with various departments. Additionally the position would be responsible to ensure TRAI compliance and coordination with auditors and ensure data sharing discussion and closure of all internal external and M&B Audits. |

| Graduation in any discipline with minimum 4 years of experience in MIS and Analytics with good working knowledge of excel and PPT (Telecom and dispute resolution related Experience preferred) |
