Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects from design to delivery.
Supervise contractors engineers and teams on-site to ensure quality and timely completion.
Oversee facility maintenance office fit-outs and infrastructure development.
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations quality standards and company procedures.
Report project progress and risk assessments to senior leadership.
Implement strategic initiatives to improve construction operations.

Requirements:

Education: Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.
Experience: 15 years in design architecture and construction.
Certifications: PMP and other relevant construction certifications.
Residency: Must be a local candidate (residing in Saudi Arabia).
Communication: Strong confidence and communication skills.
Track Record: Demonstrated success in handling Saudi residential and office development projects.

Nice to Have:

Experience in packaging or industrial construction environments.
Familiarity with modern facility management and office interior projects.
