We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Technical Engineering Manager to join our team in Lviv/Bucharest/Sliema!
About the job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of engineers in designing developing and maintaining high-quality technical solutions. This role blends technical leadership with people management ensuring timely delivery of projects while fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and engineering excellence.
What Youll get to do:
- Work closely with CTO on the tech/team strategy.
- Manage mentor and inspire a team of software/hardware engineers.
- Promote a healthy inclusive and high-performance team culture.
- Drive architecture design and technical decisions.
- Ensure code quality testing standards and development best practices.
- Guide team through complex technical challenges and trade-offs.
- Oversee project planning estimation and execution to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product QA Design DevOps).
- Track and report on project progress risks and dependencies.
- Implement and improve agile development processes and tools.
- Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and metrics.
- Act as a technical liaison between engineering product and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
What You need to know:
- Proven track record in senior engineering leadership roles managing multiple teams.
- Strong experience in people management including setting goals performance reviews and mentorship.
- Strong practical experience with JavaScript and its ecosystem (TypeScript ReactJs Redux ) as well as understanding Postgresql Redis Kafka Python C .
- Extensive technical background including experience with high-load architectures and big data systems.
- Deep understanding of software architecture principles and ability to resolve architectural challenges.
- Experience establishing and optimizing SDLC processes to drive engineering efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate incidents and implement preventive solutions.
- Excellent conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the iGaming or Casino industry.
- Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and microservices.

- Start with 22 days of annual leave with 2 additional days added each year up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
