Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Medical Affairs professional to translate global medical strategy into impactful country-level initiatives that advance patient outcomes and access to this role you will partner with leading scientific experts drive research and educational programs and shape medical insights that inform company strategy. You will play a key role in scientific exchange advisory boards and cross-functional collaboration combining medical expertise strategic thinking and communication excellence to make a meaningful impact in the local healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate the Global Medical Goals and Strategies into research data analysis scientific communication educational and other tactics and solutions that improve patient outcomes and enhance access in the country
Infuse countrys scientific and healthcare environment perspective into Medical Affairs Team
Build trust with external scientific community via peer-to-peer scientific exchange research and educational collaborations interactions with scientific societies and health organizations publications or other
Lead country advisory boards and expert input forums develop and execute country medical educational programs and symposia
Consolidate actionable medical insights from the country that can help inform company strategies
Provide therapeutic/functional training to assigned teams and affiliate functions
Qualifications:
MD PhD or PharmD
A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical and/or research experience in a relevant disease area
Experience with local pharmaceutical industry guidelines regulatory framework and clinical research guidelines.
Demonstrated experience in medical strategy development medical education and scientific communication. Ability to engage and collaborate with scientific leaders and external stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex scientific data into clear medical insights.
Experience with cross-functional collaboration (e.g. Commercial Regulatory Pharmacovigilance Market Access).
