TEAM: Production program planning based on market demand plant and supplier capacities; evaluation of potential production scenarios within the network planning
Qualifications / Experience
Minimum mandatory qualifications:
- Degree preferably in Information Technology Engineering or related discipline or the equivalent of 8 years of related professional experience
- 5 years in a business/systems analysis role
- 3 years in a Mid to Senior role
Advantageous experience:
- Proven track record of successful projects delivered
- Proven experience in senior roles fulfilled in IT / Engineering teams
- Agile working experience (Scrum Kanban XP)
- German speaking
Essential Skills Requirements
Business Analysis Core:
- Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements impacting data-intensive applications/systems and building solutions for fulfilling those requirements as well as management of these requirements in an Agile way
- Experience in developing process flows data modelling and diagrams to design solutions
- Experience in the creation of user stories from business requirements suitable for development work and the breakdown of large Epics/Stories to match the outcomes of the analysis thereby defining the (Acceptance Criteria the Definition of Ready and the Definition of Done) criteria
Technical & Tools:
- BI Reporting Tools experience AWS Quicksight
- SDLC Methodology: Agile Scrum Kanban or XP
- Jira and Confluence experience
- Test management testing methodologies and tools

- Problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and needs to facilitate and run meetings between the business and the developer team

Requirements Management:
- Requirements managements create structure and maintain product backlog
- Update and maintenance of product documentation e.g. user manuals release documentation etc
- Engagement with stakeholders to understand business problems and needs and translate those into detailed technical and/or functional requirements that include process data people and technical workflow specifications. (Data modelling and visualisation of frontend design)
- Analyse and understand the end-to-end flow of application to support architecture and consider all touchpoints and impacts when analysing new business requirements or changes to existing business requirements which needs to be translated into user stories
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:
- Identify and promote optimisation re-use and standardisation opportunities within Group Platforms
- Build and maintain professional working relationships with all stakeholders displaying excellent abilities to initiate dialogue listen advise influence and negotiate to achieve positive outcomes
- Initiate meetings with key stakeholders to track progress manage expectations and ensure stakeholders requirements are delivered
- Engage and collaborate with the team on suitable solutions that meet our requirements and satisfy our business and architectural roadmap
- Engage and collaborate with various integration touch point teams and share business and technical requirements
DevOps & Support:
- Support operational excellence goals through strong operations knowledge. Resolve escalated support topics as part of tier-2/3 DevOps role to ensure the highest availability of critical applications
- Assist with query and complaint management in a timeous manner
- Managing and enabling internal and external teams to carry out implementation tasks
- Taking end-to-end responsibility for functions and products from collecting requirements to implementation and problem solution
Testing & Quality:
- Coordinate and participate in the test effort and troubleshooting to ensure that the delivered solution meets agreed technical requirements and functional/process specifications
- Defining and implementing test plan for releases
- Defect Management
Documentation:
- Assist the team to produce documentation for designed solutions
- Ensure all the technical requirements evaluations and recommendations of business solutions assessments and feasibility analysis are documented
Additional:
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
- Working according to Agile methods e.g. Scrum
- Collaborating closely with IT providers
- Controlling and managing the software lifecycle and continuously integrating and deploying IT applications
