Job Summary
10% Salary placement fee Salary range: $31-$35 35 hours Monday-Friday Weekend rotation 119 bed SNF. 4 hall nursing home with 1 hall dedicated to short term stays. It is a privately owned facility. The owner is the administrator. Large number of the administrative staff and hall staff have been with the owner for over 20 years. Owner very pro rehab and we have an excellent rapport with them. Therapy has a strong relationship with all departments. Facility recently remodeled and redecorated as well as the rehab gym. We have a very large outdoor area with a patio. Therapy has full autonomy of the outdoor area. The population is primarily geriatric but we are seeing more middle aged residents. Currently 3 full time therapists on staff all of which have greater than 25 years experience.
