Job Title: Senior Oracle OTM Functional Consultant

Job Description:
A leading global manufacturing organization is implementing a comprehensive Oracle ecosystem covering Finance Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manufacturing and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). The company is seeking a Senior Oracle OTM Functional Consultant to lead functional design configuration and implementation of OTM modules supporting transportation and logistics operations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of transportation management processes from a business and functional perspective coupled with hands-on experience implementing Oracle OTM in large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the functional design configuration and deployment of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions.
Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications aligned with Oracle best practices.
Drive workshops for requirement analysis fit-gap assessment and solution design.
Configure core OTM modules such as Order Management Shipment Planning Execution Rating Freight Payment and Carrier Management.
Collaborate with SCM Finance and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration across Oracle modules.
Support UAT data migration validation and post-implementation stabilization.
Provide subject matter expertise on transportation planning freight audit and logistics execution.
Partner with technical teams to validate interfaces data flows and reporting requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

8 years of functional experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
Strong business process knowledge in transportation logistics and supply chain execution.
Proven experience in end-to-end OTM implementations including configuration testing and go-live support.
Hands-on experience with OTM modules such as Order Management Shipment Planning Freight Payment and Rate Management.
Understanding of integrations between OTM and Oracle ERP Cloud (Finance SCM Manufacturing).
Familiarity with OTM workflows XML integration and data mapping.
Experience working in global manufacturing environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to Oracle Cloud SCM Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or E-Business Suite.
Knowledge of related tools such as BI Publisher OTBI SQL and Apex reports.
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
