THE ROLE
As Product Owner (m/f/x) you will be responsible for driving the evolution of YOCs internal and client-facing digital systems - from our CRM and customer portal to the automation of workflows between our key business platforms (HubSpot YOC Billing & Reporting Services).
Youll work closely with our engineering team and collaborate with sales account management and operations teams across Europe. Your goal: to streamline processes ensure data quality and create scalable efficient systems that empower our commercial teams and enhance the advertiser experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Shaping and executing the roadmap for HubSpot CRM customer Í and related integrations.
- Collecting and structuring business requirements into clear actionable work packages for the development teams.
- Managing the product backlog prioritizing features based on business impact and technical feasibility.
- Translating sales creative production and campaign delivery processes into automated data-driven workflows.
- Monitoring performance and data consistency across interconnected systems (HubSpot YOC Hub etc.).
- Using analytics to evaluate product performance measure success and support decision-making.
- Collaborating with fellow product specialists to ensure smooth integration between the companys platforms.
- Creating and maintaining documentation release notes and training materials.
- Supporting stakeholders with workshops onboarding and adoption of new tools and features.
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience: 24 years as a Product Owner (m/f/x) Business Analyst (m/f/x) or Product Manager (m/f/x) in a digital or SaaS company.
- Technical acumen: comfortable working with APIs integration tools or running simple SQL queries.
- Process thinking: ability to understand and model business processes across marketing sales campaign management and reporting.
- Analytical skills: skilled in using data to prioritize decisions and validate product outcomes.
- Collaboration: strong communication skills in English with a structured and transparent approach to stakeholder management.
- Agile Mindset: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. JIRA ).
- Bonus points:
- Knowledge of digital advertising workflows (ad serving programmatic trading campaign reporting)
- Understanding of UX fundamentals and dashboard/reporting design principles.
- Experience with authentication or user portal systems (e.g. user roles permission structures SSO).
- Experience managing and optimizing a CRM system (e.g. HubSpot) including workflows data models and automation rules.
