We are seeking two skilled Teque eros to join our food production team. This position requires a highly specialized manual skill - the precise and consistent wrapping of cheese sticks with wheat dough to produce traditional teque os following artisanal standards. The ideal candidate will have exceptional hand coordination attention to detail and experience in food handling and preparation within a hygienic production environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manual Production:
Expertly wrap cheese sticks with dough by hand to ensure consistency precision and adherence to traditional teque o standards.

Quality Assurance:
Inspect each product for uniformity correct wrapping and overall presentation before baking or freezing.

Food Safety & Hygiene:
Follow all company and regulatory food safety protocols including proper sanitation personal hygiene and safe handling of ingredients.

Production Efficiency:
Meet daily or shift-based production targets while maintaining product quality and minimizing waste.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other production staff to maintain smooth workflow and consistent product output.

Equipment & Tools:
Properly use clean and maintain tools and workstations associated with dough preparation wrapping and cheese handling.

Reporting:
Communicate any quality or process issues to the supervisor promptly and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Teque ero or similar role requiring manual dough handling or artisanal food preparation.

Excellent hand dexterity and attention to detail in repetitive manual tasks.

Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP / GMP preferred).

Ability to work efficiently under time constraints while maintaining product quality.

Good communication skills and ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment.

Flexibility to work various shifts as required by production needs.

Ability to stand for extended periods in a food production environment.
