Job Summary
Job Summary (Speech Pathologist Reedley CA):
- Provide diagnostic therapeutic and consultative services for patients with communication cognitive and swallowing disorders.
- Ensure compliance with state federal and accrediting regulatory standards.
- Deliver high-quality patient care as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Work primarily in inpatient acute and swing bed settings at Reedley/Selma with possible travel to Hanford/Tulare locations as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress records.
- Participate in patient and family education regarding speech language and swallowing disorders.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and care planning sessions.
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
