Job Summary

LPN / LVN Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: Utica NY 13502
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Evening 8-hour shift 2:30 PM 10:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Weekly Pay Rate: $1275 - $1425; Depending on experience (negotiable)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN to provide high-quality care in a Long Term Care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will be flexible able to float between units and experienced in caring for diverse patient populations including MS orthopedic dementia and memory care patients.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to residents in a 40-bed LTC facility.
Float to all units within the facility as needed.
Administer medications monitor patient status and report changes to the healthcare team.
Document patient care accurately in the EMR system (PointClick Care).
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
Work every other weekend as scheduled.

Education:

Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program.

Experience:

1 years of LPN/LVN experience. (Required)

Certification/License Requirements:

License: Active LPN/LVN license in the State of New York.
Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
