Location: Concord New Hampshire 03301
Duration: 13-weeks contract
Shift: 12hr Nights 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Weekly Pay Rate: $2088 $2232; (Negotiable based on experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Pediatric Unit on a 13-week night shift contract in Concord NH. The RN will provide high-quality family-centered care to pediatric patients with a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients including assessments planning implementation and evaluation of patient outcomes.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor document and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with physicians respiratory therapists and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care.
Educate and support patients families regarding conditions treatment plans and home care instructions.
Maintain accurate timely and complete patient records.
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols in accordance with hospital policies.
Participate in shift handoffs team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire.
Certification:
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
Experience: Minimum 1 2 years of recent pediatric acute care experience required.
Strong assessment critical thinking and communication skills.
