Pay Rate: $36 - $40/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)
Shifts Available:
- 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (PRN) to join our healthcare team in Crofton MD. The RN will provide high-quality patient care promote wellness and ensure adherence to established nursing standards and facility policies. This is a PRN (as-needed) position offering flexible scheduling and competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
- Assess plan implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor and record patients vital signs symptoms and progress.
- Collaborate with physicians nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members.
- Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and treatments.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
- Ensure compliance with all state federal and facility regulations.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of Maryland.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Strong clinical critical thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible PRN hours including evenings nights weekends and holidays as needed.
