| Job Description: | 9 BDC7C Load Balancer Management: Design configure Implement F5 load balancers (LTM GTM/DNS) to optimize the distribution of network traffic and ensure high availability of services. Troubleshooting Respond to and resolve complex issues during implementation/HyperCare phase including performance degradation connectivity issues and security incidents related to load balancing. Performance Tuning & Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of the load balancing infrastructure identifying opportunities for tuning and optimization to enhance efficiency and reliability. Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices including SSL/TLS offloading DDoS mitigation and web application firewall (WAF) policies using F5 solutions. Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and industry regulations. Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain detailed documentation of load balancing configurations network topologies and operational procedures. Provide regular reports on system performance capacity and & Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network engineers system administrators application developers and cybersecurity specialists to deliver seamless network services. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior network & Stakeholder Management: Interface with vendors for technical support product evaluations and updates. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered. Experience: Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in network engineering with at least 3 years focused on F5 load balancing solutions in an enterprise environment. Extensive experience with F5 technologies including LTM GTM/DNS. Proven experience in managing large-scale complex network environments with a focus on high availability and performance. Certifications: F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator (F5-CA) preferred. Advanced F5 certifications (F5-CTS F5-CSE) preferred. Other relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA CCNP CISSP) are a :In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP DNS HTTP/HTTPS SSL/TLS). Proficiency in network design and troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark TCPdump. |
