Job Summary

Job Title: Project Manager (Texas State IT Delivery Enterprise Implementations Dev Background) (candidates with Texas exp ONLLY)

Location: Austin TX (Hybrid - Local candidates)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Mandatory Qualifications

Project Management experience for large-scale enterprise implementations.
Experience working with the State of Texas or similar state/federal agencies.
Development background with the ability to understand technical solution design.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with the State of Texas Project Delivery Framework.
PMP Certification.
Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments.
Experience with Salesforce platforms or implementations.
Experience with state procurement and contracting processes.
Hands-on experience using Jira for project/task management.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage enterprise-level technology projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with state agencies business units vendors and technical teams to ensure project alignment.
Oversee project scope timeline budget risks and communication plans.
Ensure adherence to state-level project governance frameworks and compliance standards.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional team activities.
Prepare project documentation status reports and required deliverables.
Work closely with developers architects and product owners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Monitor vendor activities contracts and procurement-related tasks as needed.
Drive continuous improvement and promote best practices across the project lifecycle.
