Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

Ensuring the project is constructed as per design budget quality and managing project performance schedule and critical path.
Understanding client drivers and offering value engineering proposals for functionality cost and/or schedule benefit.
Developing and implementing the project safety plan leading by example.
Performing risk and opportunity-management and forecasting.
Preparing and/or verifying progress payments to clients and trade contractors and monitoring progress.
Interfacing with the project team client representative consultants and trade contractors.
Negotiating and issuing subcontracts and major purchase orders and monitoring their progress and schedule.
Understanding communicating and enforcing the contract/contract documents and resolving disputes.
Assisting with site inspection by the design team for installation deficiencies and witnessing and signing off on systems commissioning.
Identifying and managing risk and opportunities on construction projects.
Other duties as required.
