Scaffolding Management

• Plan coordinate and overseas all scaffolding erection dismantling and modification onboard vessels and within yard premises.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards BS EN-12810. 12811 OSHA and local body authorities.

• Ensure the all type of scaffolding materials standards and specifications and load calculation.

• Deep knowledge for review the all kind of ships and jack up Rig Heavy engineering and scaffolding design.

• Ensure that only certified Scaffolding teams perform work. Verify that correct Scaffold Tagging system (Green/Red) are used and ensure daily/weekly inspections are performed documented and approved by a certified inspector.

• Control and supervise the entire lifecycle of all scaffolds staging and access towers: Erection Modification Inspection and Dismantling activities as per the approved Safe Work.

• Review and approve scaffolding plans for complex jobs including enclosed spaces heights and critical location in the vessels.

• Lead and monitor the team completion of task in project schedule.

• Supervise the execution of various industrial scaffolding and dismantling processes as per SWA/SW/WI/09.

Cleaning Operations.

• Lead the teams responsible for the all types of Tank cleaning activities (e.g. Oil tank sludge sewage tank ballast mud cleaning and chemical washing HP washing to handover to client or user.

• Coordinate cleaning tasks in accordance with production schedules for project priorities.

• Oversee proper waste disposal and cleaning compliance with environmental and yard safety and IMO/MORPOL regulations

• Supervise the execution of various industrial cleaning processes as per SWA/SW/WI/10.

Resource & Production Control

• Develop detailed micro-plans for Scaffolding and Cleaning work based on the General Production Schedule (GPS).

• Organize and manage manpower material and equipment to ensure timely provision of access and cleanliness for all other trades.

• Conduct Tool box talks and safety regulation daily tasks of project scaffolding and cleaning.

• Project Support the workers for skill development of scaffolding and cleaning.

• Liaise with production safety .QA/QC and planning departments to ensure smooth projects executions.

• Overall projects Prepare daily work progress report to submit the manager

Safety and QHSE Compliance

• Enforce strict compliance with QHSE rules especially concerning Working at Height and confined spaces entry and chemical cleaning.

• Ensure all operations adhere to company policies and ISOquality standards.

• Deep knowledge for Scaffolding Technical and safety guidelines.

Maintenance & Housekeeping

• Implement 5-S principles to maintain good housekeeping in the assigned work areas.

• Responsible for the up-keeping inventory and periodic check-up of all scaffolding materials and cleaning equipment.

Co-ordination

Serve as the primary point of contact for Scaffolding and Cleaning requirements coordinating closely with other Production all departments (e.g. Production) Quality Control (QC) and Yard Services etc.
