As a Customer Relations Co-Worker you will play a key role in ensuring that every customer has an enjoyable and seamless shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service: Be helpful friendly and solution-oriented when interacting with customers. Handling complaints and inquiries: Listen actively to customers resolve their concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary. Optimizing the shopping experience: Ensure your workspace is well-equipped organized and efficient at all times. Processing payments: Handle transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a positive checkout experience. Assisting with product assembly & exchanges: Help customers with assembly concerns and exchange components when needed. Supporting store goals: Understand and contribute to the stores commercial action plan to maximize sales and profitability. Ensuring store safety & compliance: Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and colleagues.
