Job Description:

Manage the complete QTM team and convert business opportunities handled by the team.

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of team members.

Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.

Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

Ensure a minimum Conversion target is maintained.

Responsible for achieving the Income and turnover Target.

Ensure effective allocation of daily leads among the team maintaining of TAT Standards.
