Job Title: React Front End Engineer

Location: Mississauga ON

Full Time

Redux/Redis HTML5 CSS3 and Java(Main Skill)

Job Description:

Lead the design development and maintenance of scalable and high-performance web applications leveraging React for frontend interfaces for backend services and APIs and Redis for caching session management or real-time data handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Optimization:
Contribute to architectural decisions ensuring application scalability performance and security.
Optimize application performance across the stack including database queries API responses and frontend rendering.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers UX/UI designers and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver seamless user experiences.
Code Quality & Best Practices:
Write clean maintainable and well-tested code.
Implement and enforce coding standards participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshooting & Support:
Identify diagnose and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.

Technical Proficiency:

React: Deep understanding of including Hooks Context API and state management libraries (e.g. Redux MobX) with performance optimization techniques.
: Strong proficiency in including building RESTful APIs asynchronous programming and working with frameworks like or NestJS.
Redis: Hands-on experience with Redis for caching pub/sub or data persistence.
Databases: Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues across the full stack.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within a team environment.
