Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MicroStrategy Lead to join our this role you will play a pivotal part in designing developing and optimizing business intelligence solutions leveraging the MicroStrategy platform to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities-

• Architect and implement sophisticated MicroStrategy solutions to meet complex business requirements ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements translating them into robust BI solutions that deliver actionable insights.
• Lead the design and development of dashboards reports and data visualizations that effectively communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
• Optimize existing MicroStrategy applications and reports for performance reliability and usability utilizing best practices and advanced optimization techniques.
• Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies identifying opportunities for innovation and enhancement of BI capabilities.

Required and Preferred Qualifications-

• 10 years of experience in MicroStrategy development including extensive experience with report development and dashboard design.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with ETL processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases including performance tuning and optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with additional BI tools such as Tableau Power BI or QlikView.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.

• Deep expertise in MicroStrategy including MicroStrategy Desktop MicroStrategy Web and Mobile.
• Strong SQL skills with a focus on performance optimization techniques.
