Job Summary
Role: Sr. Cyber Security Analyst ZScaler
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance installation implementation and support of ZScaler infrastructure.
- Perform ruleset upgrades and deliver ZIA reporting.
- Support Change Management processes and adhere to SOPs.
- Respond to requests/incidents within SLA.
- Collaborate with project/program management and attend meetings.
- Train stakeholders on solution administration and use.
- Participate in special projects and provide on-call support.
- Submit weekly and ad-hoc status reports.
Required Skills:
- Associates degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of Cyber Security experience.
- Hands-on ZScaler experience.
- 2 years in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Ability to obtain/maintain MBI/T2 clearance.
- Networking and DNS fundamentals.
- Experience with routing traffic inspection ZIA/ZPA/ZDX setup.
- Familiarity with Syslog GRE/IPSec NAT subnetting.
- Experience with Service Edges App Connectors ZTNA policies.
- Exposure to firewall policies PAC files proxy chaining.
- Integration experience with Okta CyberArk Splunk.
- Troubleshooting across distributed architectures.
- SSL inspection VPN MFA identity providers.
- ServiceNow experience.
Desired Skills:
- ZScaler or Security certification.
- Experience with MS Office Suite Visio SharePoint MS Teams.
- Familiarity with MS Teams Planner ServiceNow JIRA.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Experience with vulnerability communication and risk posture.
- ZScaler best practices knowledge.
