What Youll Do
- Research and map potential clients from high-growth startups to emerging mid-size companies.
- Support in crafting outreach campaigns decks and proposals for CXO-level roles.
- Assist founders in lead generation pipeline management and business follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth handover once a client is onboarded.
- Track market movements funding rounds leadership changes org announcements and identify new business opportunities.
- Help build our internal CRM and business analytics dashboards.
Who You Are
- A final-year student or recent graduate (preferably from Business Economics or related fields).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn Notion Google Workspace and research tools.
- Curious about startups venture capital and leadership trends.
- Hungry to learn how top search firms and founders think about talent and growth.
