Job Summary

Duration: 36 months Potential for full-time conversion

Were now looking for a Business Development Intern to support our fast-growing organisation someone whos curious about startups enjoys building relationships and wants to learn the inside world of leadership hiring and growth consulting.

What Youll Do

  • Research and map potential clients from high-growth startups to emerging mid-size companies.
  • Support in crafting outreach campaigns decks and proposals for CXO-level roles.
  • Assist founders in lead generation pipeline management and business follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth handover once a client is onboarded.
  • Track market movements funding rounds leadership changes org announcements and identify new business opportunities.
  • Help build our internal CRM and business analytics dashboards.

Who You Are

  • A final-year student or recent graduate (preferably from Business Economics or related fields).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn Notion Google Workspace and research tools.
  • Curious about startups venture capital and leadership trends.
  • Hungry to learn how top search firms and founders think about talent and growth.
