The Role: Junior Quantity Surveyor
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to gain practical exposure in all aspects of quantity surveying. Youll assist senior QS professionals with key project tasks while continuing your studies with the possibility of financial support for your final year. The role combines technical learning with real-world experience offering a strong foundation for long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities

Assist senior quantity surveyors with cost estimates BOQs and tender documentation.

Conduct site measurements and assist in preparing progress valuations.

Support the preparation of cost reports cash flow forecasts and progress payment certificates.

Contribute to project administration record keeping and client correspondence.

Liaise professionally with contractors engineers and clients under supervision.

Uphold the companys commitment to quality and professionalism in all work delivered.
About You

Female candidates only (inherent job requirement for transformation objectives).

Final-year Quantity Surveying student (part-time) or recent graduate.

Strong academic record and keen interest in the built environment.

Excellent attention to detail numerical accuracy and analytical thinking.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with QS software is advantageous.

Must have a valid drivers license and own a reliable vehicle.
