Job Summary

Salary: R18000 R22000 (Negotiable)

Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced and well-presented Floor Manager to manage front-of-house operations and ensure a seamless guest experience. The successful candidate will have a passion for service excellence and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service.
Ensure smooth floor operations during shifts maintaining guest satisfaction at all times.
Oversee table allocations reservations and service flow.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Support training and development initiatives for service staff.

Requirements:

Minimum of two years experience in a luxury restaurant environment.
Excellent people management and organisational skills.
Strong communication abilities and a proactive attitude.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Own transport required.
