Our client is looking for an experienced and well-presented Floor Manager to manage front-of-house operations and ensure a seamless guest experience. The successful candidate will have a passion for service excellence and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Ensure smooth floor operations during shifts maintaining guest satisfaction at all times.
- Oversee table allocations reservations and service flow.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Support training and development initiatives for service staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years experience in a luxury restaurant environment.
- Excellent people management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Own transport required.
