Job Summary

Administrator (Knysna)

Our client in the property sector is looking for a dynamic self-motivated Administrator to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited:
  • Administrative duties for general filing and record keeping
  • Invoicing and preparing supplier invoices due for payment
  • Customer front desk management
  • Petty Cash - management and recon
  • Telephone and e-mail communications with customers / suppliers
  • Reception duties including courier and building maintenance requirements
  • any other ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time


Qualifications:
  • Matric preferred but not essential
  • MS Office Suite
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • Financial Acumen
  • 3-4 years in a similar role
