Inclusion Support TA
Location: York
Pay Rate: 13.6815.00 per hour

In this rewarding position youll play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs through tailored learning strategies consistent structure and emotional support. Whether youre experienced in SEN or looking to grow your expertise wed love to connect.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Providing personalised 1:1 and small group support for pupils with EHCPs
Aiding with communication sensory regulation and behaviour strategies
Encouraging a positive structured environment that supports student success
Working collaboratively with teaching staff therapists and families
Supporting a nurturing space where every child feels safe and valued
