The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a QA Associate Document Control to join our Quality Assurance team at our Witney site. This role supports the creation review and maintenance of controlled documentation within our systems ensuring timely and accurate updates that align with business needs and regulatory expectations.
Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage procedures work instructions forms and templates supporting the integrity of our Quality Management System in a regulated high-performing environment.
Responsibilities
Support the originating and reviewing of documents within our systems
Ensure records are accurate maintained and periodically reviewed
Progress document changes through the system in line with business timelines
Collaborate with teams to ensure documentation meets quality and compliance standards
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within document control processes
Education & Experience
Secondary level education including English and Maths (minimum requirement)
Experience working in a procedural or document-based environment
Strong IT skills and attention to detail
Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience in a regulated environment is desirable
