LOCATION

Internship at the global headquarters in Suresnes (92).

YOUR MISSIONS

Within the BEL France Supply Chain and reporting to the French Logistics Manager you will join the Warehouse Management team. You will participate in the management of logistics operations outsourced to an external service provider. You will oversee the smooth running of the supply chain: receipt of goods and integration into inventory preparation and delivery of customer orders while respecting logistics costs and the customer service rate objective. You will be the liaison between BEL and the logistics service provider.

Main responsibilities:

• Management of the downstream flow of deliveries from our warehouses to the customer
• Delivery incidents redelivery returns and rework
• Management and resolution of customer disputes and credit notes in conjunction with the transportation service provider and customer service
• Management of inventory movements (losses and bonuses) and discrepancies (IT and real-time)
• Monitoring of customer orders and deliveries
• Control and updating of the transportation plan organization of public holidays
• Management of activity with the service provider: transport pre-invoicing invoice control and validation KPI monitoring etc.
• You will also be responsible for continuous improvement projects to optimize processes and reduce our carbon footprint. 70% operational 30% analysis and reporting

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a gap year or final year student specializing in Supply Chain / Logistics / Purchasing
• You have initial experience in Supply Chain
• You are rigorous and conscientious
• You enjoy working in a team
• You have an appetite for numbers and data tracking
• You are proficient in the Office suite (especially Excel) Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• You have an internship agreement
