对现场问题及时有效的反馈至RWC - Has technical authority over welders in the field of welding.
凭借自身的焊接领域的权威和展示可以让焊工顺利执行正确的工艺要求 - Validates semiannual reviews of welders qualifications.
对焊工能力进行周期性评价和确认 - Assists workshop managers and quality manager in their tasks related to welding techniques.
协助生产经理和质量经理完成与焊接技术相关的工作 - Lead the welding team to complete the welding test in workshop.
在现场领导焊工完成焊接试制工作 - Control and track the performance of any new welder in the workplace.
控制并记录焊工在焊接过程中的各种表现 - Test and verify the proper use of WPS and welding instructions.
测试和确认WPS和WI使所有焊工都能正确使用 - Verify welding consumable.
验证焊接耗材是否符合工艺要求 - Performs equipment inspection according to the technical instruction.

持续对焊接工作装配材料和焊接条件的改进 - Participate in the technical choice of new welding process.
参与新的焊接工艺技术开发 - Participate in the startup of the new equipment.
参与设备入厂和维护后的工艺验证工作 - Support the Manufacturing Quality department in the weld inspection of welded components.
支持生产和质量部门对焊接件进行检查 - Prepare the necessary technical means (base metal samples gasconsumption) for the training / certification of welders performing welding procedures and models.
协调现场的物料(母材试件气体等耗材)为培训认证焊工做准备 - Ensures proper training of contracted welders through practical tests.
对新入厂焊工的能力进行评估 - Must ensure that each student / welder reaches the conditions that are necessary to obtain their certification and to be operational in manufacturing positions in the shortest possible time.
必须确保每一名参与培训和认证的焊工按计划完成在最短的时间内上岗 - the basic training of welders: recognition of welding failures symbolization of welds reading of documents (WPS welding instructions) recognition of welding products and gases calibration of your welding material current and preventive maintenance of the material hygiene and safety linked to welding.

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES |
Educational Requirements |
Mandatory: Theoretical and practical knowledge of the welding process requirement according to UNE EN ISO 14731 standard with minimum required EWS (European Welding Specialist). 具备IWS证书资质 | Desirable: - Junior college studies and above.
大专以上学历 - Inspect or NDT certification for example IWI/VT/UT/CWI is preferred.
具备检验员资质 - Occupational Qualification Certificate of Senior Technician.
高级技师资质 - Recognized industry skills expert.
