Client Service & Operations Specialist (financial services/wealth mgmt. exp. req.) Responsibilities

Execute money moves new accounts transfers and reporting
Prepare data-rich materials ahead of client and team meetings
Maintain precise documentation across core advisory tools and systems
Own CRM and workflows for accuracy visibility and follow-through
Track client requests and ensure timely completion
Leverage planning trading and account platforms daily
Use Excel for reconciliations balances and percentages
Draft and proof client-ready emails and updates
Take notes in meetings; log all actions and outcomes
Support advisors to deliver consistent client experience

Client Service & Operations Specialist (financial services/wealth mgmt. exp. req.) Qualifications

Bachelors degree required
3 years of financial services or wealth management experience required
Account operations transfers money movement and trading execution experience required
Active Series 7 license required
Proficiency with Excel Word CRM and financial planning tools/software required
Strong math accuracy across transfers balances and percentages required
