Job Title:Planner
Location:Littleton MA (Onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Develop maintain and monitor weekly production schedules and planning metrics.
- Coordinate machine personnel and material resources to meet delivery commitments.
- Prioritize and schedule projects based on capacity materials and labor availability.
- Communicate forecasted changes and potential impacts on production and staffing needs.
- Analyze capacity data and take proactive steps to mitigate or expedite schedule changes.
- Coordinate release of materials and products based on project timelines.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure material readiness and production alignment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize planning and scheduling processes.
- Complete additional assignments as directed by management.
MUST HAVES:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Operations Management Industrial Engineering or a related field preferred or equivalent working experience
- Experience in medical devices in a manufacturing setting preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in production planning materials coordination supply chain or inventory control.
